Follow your heart is a phrase we often hear. I think we need to stop and ask ourselves do we ever really make a conscious decision to follow our Heart?.. In my experience when i am following my heart time ceases to be an issue and i am not effected by outside forces. I am in ‘flow’.. Can you remember that special moment in your past the first time you fell in love.
Nobody or anything was going to stop you following your heart and your love one into the unknown. You were in ‘flow’ with a new found energy.
That feeling is so powerful with incredible energy and if we stop and ask ourselves are we following our ‘heart today’?
We might just find that we can rediscover that feeling, power and purpose. I believe this feeling and energy comes and goes throughout our lives as to remind us why we are here and what is important. When that feeling does rise up we suppress it because we believe we have to be practical and conform.
Especially the older we become with tired thinking that the time is not right, but it is never to late! My constant challenge to myself and to whoever this video and article might resonate with is to constantly evaluate where you are and where you are going.
I am no expert on these matters only personal experience and wisdom gained through challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone and on occasion ‘follow my heart’.
I suppose in reality we all have a little expertise in these matters that relate to love , passion and purpose.
Obviously Some more than others and i will take the liberty to suggest the fearless among us who carry the flame of passion into the unknown time and time again are the true masters.
